Miss Villaplana, Mr. Frasco set Aug. ceremony

Justina Villaplana of Youngstown and Andrew Frasco of Liberty are engaged, their parents are announcing.

Miss Villaplana is the daughter of Kim Villaplana of Youngstown and Dr. Luis Villaplana of Boardman. Mr. Frasco is the son of Michael Frasco of Liberty and the late Debra Frasco.

The wedding is planned for noon Aug. 23 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, and a reception will take place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall. Invitations will be issued for the reception.

The bride-elect graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She works as a registered nurse at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

Her fiancé attended Youngstown State University. He is co-owner and operator of Belleria in Girard and Warren and assistant football coach for Ursuline High School.
