Megan Cunning, David Rankin to exchange vows

Atty. Patrick and Mary E. Cunning of Campbell are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Megan Elizabeth Cunning of Campbell, and David Rankin of Youngstown. His parents are Leanne Lordi of Mill Village, Pa., and the late Leroy Rankin.

The couple are planning a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 16 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown. A reception will follow at Youngstown Country Club in Liberty.

The bride-elect and her fianc earned bachelor’s degrees from Youngstown State University.

Miss Cunning works for Scullin & Cunning LLC in Boardman.

Mr. Rankin works for Bazetta Township in Cortland.
