Opera elects officers, trustees

YOUNGSTOWN

Rodney Lamberson has been re-elected to a two-year term as vice chairman of the Opera Western Reserve board, and Dr. Clyde Morris has been elected treasurer.

Re-elected as trustees to three-year terms at the June 10 meeting were Atty. Denise Glinatsis Bayer, Dr. Albert Cinelli, Atty. Terrence Cloonan, Dolores Iannucci, Atty. Christine Blair Legow, Dr. Stanley Palumbo and Paul Ricciuti. Elected to their first terms as trustees were Dr. Ronald Gould and Elsa Higby.

The OWR board also recognized the past service of former trustees whose terms expired: the late Dr. Dominic Bitonte, Helen Bitonte, Dr. Iole Checcone, Suzanne Cinelli, Eleanor Pershing and Karen O’Malia Zauderer.

Atty. Elliot Legow serves as board chairman, and Claudia Corbe is secretary. Patricia Fleck Kavic is past chairwoman and Gary Sexton and Scott Schulick are at-large members of the executive committee.

Fun day at Butler
