Man in 20s found shot to death next to Warren driveway

Police are not yet releasing the name of the man in his 20s who was shot to death at 8:26 p.m. Wednesday in a confrontation with another man at 228 Forest Street Northeast.

Lt. Jeff Cole said the man who died had identification on him, but police are not sure if the ID was his. He was found on his back beside the driveway of the home.

Police questioned the man who lives at the address and who they believe was involved, but they released him afterwards. Police are also not releasing his name.

Police will be speaking with prosecutors this morning to determine what, if any, charges will be filed in the case.
