Struthers First Ward Block Watch will have a fundraising auction beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Highland Avenue Elementary School gymnasium in Struthers. Jeff Anglin Auctions will be the auctioneer.

CRAFT SHOWS

Salem Kiwanis Club will host its 50th Antique and Craft Show in Centennial Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 19. Food, music and basket raffles will be featured with free admission. TNR of Warren is looking for vendors for its 6th annual Holiday Craft Show, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 18 at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE, Warren. Helping Hands Closet at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, Canfield, has gently used clothing for the entire family at low prices each Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Lake Milton Presbyterian Church, 942 Grandview Road, will have its annual chicken barbecue and sale Saturday. The sale will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the barbecue will be from noon to 5. The menu is sit-down or carryout and comprises one-half chicken, plain or barbecue, parsley potatoes, choice of side dishes, roll and butter, homemade dessert and beverage for $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Junior Women’s League of Canfield is recruiting vendors for its 45th annual Fall Market on the Canfield Village Green. This year’s event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 20. TRIPS

Jewish Community Center of Youngstown is hosting a bus trip to Pittsburgh to see “Annie.” The bus leaves at 11 a.m. Nov. 2 from the center at 505 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown, and will return at 8 p.m. The price of the trip is $80 for members and $90 for nonmembers and includes orchestra seats and transportation.
