Museum to have art camp for kids

Staff report

YOUNGSTOWN

There is still time to enroll youngsters in the Butler Institute of American Art’s summer arts day damp, July 15-18 and 22-25, at the museum’s Trumbull Branch in Howland. It is designed for children 8-12 years of age, and can accommodate children with special needs. Scholarships are available. The eight-session camp uses a hands-on approach to visual art, music, drama and dance.

Each camper will design a T-shirt and attend a field trip to the main location of the Butler. Call 330-743-1107, ext. 117.
