Miss Pavlov, Mr. Pungratz plan wedding

PITTSBURGH

Allison Pavlov and Todd Pungratz, both of Pittsburgh, are announcing their engagement and plans for an August wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Karen Pavlov of Canfield and Joseph and Maya Pavlov of Dallas. The prospective groom is the son of Susan Pungratz of Lower Burrell, Pa., and the late David Pungratz.

The couple have planned an Aug. 9 ceremony for 1:30 p.m. at Canfield Presbyterian Church in Canfield and a reception at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Pavlov earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. She works as a psychiatric registered nurse for the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC, while pursuing a doctorate in psychiatric nursing practice at Robert Morris University.

Mr. Pungratz graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and from the University of Pittsburgh with a master’s degree in social work. He is a licensed clinical social worker for the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic.
