Shultz-Stewart plans set for July wedding

Ashley Shultz and Joshua Stewart, both of New York City, are engaged, her father is announcing.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Attorney John Shultz of Boardman and late Shelley Shultz.

The future groom’s parents are Don Stewart and Debi Roudebush, both of Akron.

The couple plan to exchange vows at 2:30 p.m. July 19 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown. A cocktail hour will take place at the DeYor Performing Arts Center and the reception will be at Powers Auditorium. Invitations will be issued.

Miss Shultz is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned a degree in political science. She is in medical device sales for ResMed in New York City.

Her fiancé is attending Kent State University. He is an auto crime detective for the New York Police Department.

He served 12 years in the U.S. Army and was deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in 2003 and 2004.
