Go Wild will tell about medicine man

Salem Parks Department and Salem Public Library continue the Go Wild at the Parks program series with “Secrets of the American Indian Medicine Man” to take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. June 25 at Waterworth Memorial Park, Superior Avenue.

Presented by Chris Mosebach, the program will focus on the use of native plants and animals by American Indians for food, medicine and spiritual practices.

Registration is not required for the program, which is free and open to the public. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended because the program will include a walk around the park.
