UPDATE | Body pulled from Lawrence County quarry

NEW CASTLE, PA. — Rescue crews recovered the body of a ma at a quarry on South Eric Drive in Mahoning Township tonight.

The New Castle Fire Department said some department members went to the site about 8 p.m. A Mahoning Township official told a local TV station the body was recovered about 9:30 p.m. The name of the victim was not available late tonight.
