TNP plans open house for Saturday

The Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership will have an open house for its newest rehabilitated property, 733 Laird Ave. NE, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. TNP staff will give tours of the property and answer questions.

It is a three-bedroom, one-bath home priced at $30,000 and is eligible for down-payment assistance by a qualified buyer through Warren’s Home Ownership Loan Program.

The Trumbull County Land Bank acquires property through the tax foreclosure process and seeks to return these vacant and derelict properties to productive use.

Properties for rehab and for sale can be found at the TCLRC website www.trumbullcountylandbank.org. In addition to houses, the Land Bank also operates an active side lot program, which allows owner occupants to purchase vacant, tax delinquent lots next to their home for yard expansion.
