Hubbard mosquito spraying is Tuesday night

HUBBARD — The city will spray for mosquitoes Tuesday, beginning after 8 p.m.

The spray is safe for people and pets, said service director Dan Livingston. He asks, however, that people with breathing problems keep their windows closed. Spraying will be citywide.
