City hall, police station phone out; 911 working

YOUNGSTOWN — AT&T is still working on the phone system at city hall and the police buildings. All departments at those two buildings remain without phone service. The buildings lost phone service Friday afternoon.

But 911 is still working for those who need to call for emergencies.
