Wolfgangs mark 50th wedding anniversary

The Rev. and Mrs. William Wolfgang of Boardman will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 14 at a family gathering at their home in Boardman.

The couple’s daughters and their families will host the celebration.

Mrs. Linda Davis of Fairborn, Ohio, and Dr. Amy Wolfgang of Mentor, Ohio, are the couple’s daughters.

They have three grandchildren, Ethan, Anderson and Evan Davis.

Mrs. Wolfgang, the former Judith Williams, retired in 2012 as a teacher in Boardman Schools and is employed at Paul C. Bunn School as a tutor.

The Rev. Mr. Wolfgang retired as pastor of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in 2005. He works for Gold Cross Limousine Service. He is a member of Downtown Kiwanis and board chairman of Meals on Wheels of Mahoning County. He is a U.S. Army veteran who served from 1959 to 1962.

The couple are members of Cornerstone Church.

They were married June 12, 1964, at Robinwood (now Cornerstone) Presbyterian Church.
