Death-row prisoner to call in to Tabernacle church for incarceration discussion

YOUNGSTOWN

“Profiting from Our Pain: The Epidemic of Mass Incarceration” will be the topic of a discussion from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 707 Arlington St.

Keith LaMar, a death-row prisoner, will call in from Ohio State Penitentiary.

The U.S. has the largest prison population in the world, the church noted.
