A Youngstown ITT Technical Institute administrator has joined Indianapolis-based Thomas P. Miller and Associates as a project consultant.

Katherine G. Foster served as ITT Technical Institute’s director of career services, where she worked with the Youngstown business community in placing ITT students and graduates with positions. Foster has a bachelor’s degree from Warren Wilson College in Asheville, N.C., and is a graduate of the Local Government Leadership Academy in Youngstown. She is pursuing a master’s of business administration degree from ITT Technical Institute-Online.

Thomas P. Miller and Associates provides a variety of business services in the public and private sectors focused on strategic planning and analysis, workforce and economic development, health care and grant writing and resource development. The firm also has offices in Ohio and Kentucky.

MARKETING

Tony Marr of Poland was recently named as senior producer for The Prodigal Company, a branding, marketing and interactive agency in the greater Youngstown region. Marr will focus his work on the development, production and editing of Web videos and television commercial sports for Prodigal clients.
