Trumbull job services agency suffers phone malfunction

The Trumbull County Department of Job and Family Services has been unable to make outgoing phone calls since Thursday morning, the agency reports. It is working with the phone company to get service restored but doesn't know when that will occur. Incoming calls are still being received.
