Phones down this afternoon at Youngstown City Hall, police building

YOUNGSTOWN — City hall and the police building are experiencing telephone system problems that started this afternoon.

The city is working with AT&T to resolve the issues. This also happened last week.

Calls to 911 aren’t affected.
