Intact Ohio members to gather at Sharon Regional Health Center

SHARON, PA.

Members of Intact Ohio and other ‘intactivists’ plan to gather on the north side of Sharon Regional Health Center from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday to demonstrate and educate the region about the harms of forced genital cutting.

There will be educational literature available on the dangers of routine infant circumcision as well as proper care of the intact, non-circumcised child, said Olivia Chovan, co-director of Intact Ohio.

Chovan recommends the web sites savingsons.org and DrMomma.org to people who want to learn more about circumcision.
