Mahoning commissioners pay webside developer

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County commissioners today approved a $24,800 contract with Jeffrey A. Ryznar and his 898 Marketing LLC of Youngstown for website development, video production and digital marketing consultation for the county’s convention and visitors bureau.
