Info on NAACP Youth Council trip to Detroit available Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN — L.K. Williams, acting adviser for the local NAACP Youth Council, will be at the Newport branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, 3730 Market St., from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday to answer questions about the upcoming Aug. 15 trip to Detroit to visit the Motown Museum, African American Museum and attend the African World Festival.

She will have info on the trip and NAACP membership.
