The membership approved the minutes, which Sally Yanchak read. Treasurer Ruth Leone and Financial Secretary Michelle O’Malley gave their reports as well.
Marks appointed Carolyn Hartle to a six-year term on the Memorial Scholarship Committee. Sally Young and Doris DeForest were appointed to audit the 2013-2014 books.
The new slate of 2014-2015 officers that were voted upon follow: Lori Seinar Roknick, president; Barbara Clawson, vice president; Sally Yanchak, secretary; Ruth Leone, treasurer; and Michelle O’Malley, financial secretary.
Cherie Campbell, awards chairwoman, presented $750 to each recipient of the scholarship awards: Danielle Steiner, Sharon High School; Brittany DeCarmine, Sharpsville Area High School; and Tori Roberts, West Middlesex High School.
An array of teapots brought in by members was on display, enhancing the place settings and centerpieces, which looked festive with cookies and scones.
