Do you know who took a Campbell man's 40-gallon water heater?

CAMPBELL — Police are investigating the theft of a 40-gallon water heater from the backyard of a residence in the 500 block of Tenney Avenue.

Officers responded to the residence shortly before 7 p.m. Tuesday after the homeowner notified police the older Alliance-brand water heater he had been storing there was missing. Drag marks were visible in the yard and continued through the neighboring residence’s property.

The homeowner told police he had last seen the water heater May 29 and found it missing about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
