Zina M. Hill and William R. Hill, both of Youngstown, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Bianca L. Hill of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and Darrell N. Davis of Columbus.

Terri Lattimore and Darrell N. Davis, both of Columbus, are the parents of the future groom.

Invitations will be issued for a 3 p.m. June 28 ceremony at Rising Star Baptist Church and a reception that will follow at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.

The future bride earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Westminster College and master’s degrees in business administration and human resource management from DeVry’s Keller Graduate School. She works for American Electric Power in Columbus.

Her fiancé received an associate degree in avionics and aeronautical engineering from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. He is a construction worker for Turner Construction in Columbus.
