2 charged in Campbell
CAMPBELL
Two city residents were arrested on multiple drug charges early Tuesday after officers found suspected marijuana in their car after a traffic stop.
Both Samuel M. Horvath, 19, of Gladstone Street, and Lahsen I. Boukrab, 22, of Memorial Circle, are charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police also cited Boukrab, the driver, on traffic violations for improperly using his headlight beams and for failing to illuminate his rear license plate. They have a hearing at 9 a.m. Friday in Campbell Municipal Court. Police stopped Boukrab shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Gladstone. They discovered the suspected marijuana inside the center dashboard vent, and also confiscated $70 in cash.

Robbed at gunpoint
WARREN
A 56-year-old Washington Street man reported being robbed by a masked gunman at his apartment at 3 a.m. Monday. The resident said he heard a knock, answered the door, and the man called him by name, then demanded money, getting $280 in cash before running away.
