YSU's FY 2015 budget cuts 15 positions across the university

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown State University trustees' Finance and Facilities Committee this afternoon approved a $173 million fiscal year 2015 operating budget.

Included in the plan is the reduction of 15 positions across university departments.
