Local NAACP Youth Council plans Detroit trip

YOUNGSTOWN — The local NAACP Youth Council is planning a trip Aug. 15 to Detroit that will include a visit to the Motown Museum, the Charles H. Wright African-American Museum, and the African World Festival.
