Five Finger Death Punch coming to Covelli this fall

YOUNGSTOWN — Hard-rock heavyweights Five Finger Death Punch and Volbeat will come to Covelli Centre on Oct. 4.

Supporting acts on the tour include Hellyeah and Nothing More.

Tickets are $42 and $36.75 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Covelli box office.

The Death Punch/Volbeat North American tour added a handful of dates this morning, including Youngstown.

Five Finger Death Punch reached the top of the heap in 2013 with the releases “The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell — Volume 1 and Volume 2.”

Both volumes debuted on the Billboard album chart at No. 2 and include hit singles “Lift Me Up” and “Battle Born.”

The current single, “The House Of The Rising Sun,” is the band’s 13th consecutive top-10 hit.

Volbeat’s “Outlaw Gentlemen and Shady Ladies” has sold more than 300,000 copies in the U.S. according to Soundscan, alongside hundreds of thousands of digital singles. The Danish quartet received a Grammy nomination in the Best Metal Performance category for “Room 24.”
