Youngstown man arraigned on drug charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Police found more than $1,200 in cash and seized suspected marijuana and heroin from a South Side house Sunday afternoon.

Arraigned today in Youngstown Municipal Court on drug charges was Carlos Herring, 26, of West Boston Avenue on felony charges of trafficking in drugs marijuana and possession of drugs (heroin) as well as a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
