WARREN

Police have arrested a 31-year-old city man in connection with a two-month investigation of a house at 382 Comstock Ave. NW where drugs worth approximately $20,000 were confiscated today.

Colin Foster, of Clermont Street Northeast, is in the Trumbull County jail, facing drug trafficking and drug-possession charges.

Another man, who lives at the Comstock address, was arrested on warrants during the raid, which was carried out by the Warren Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit and the Tactical Entry Team.

Police recovered about 100 grams of heroin, two digital scales, packaging material, a substance used to “cut” (add bulk) to heroin, a hydraulic press and hand press that can be used to “re-rock” drugs after they have been “cut,” and $120 in cash.
