Upton Association plans open house

Upton Association will host a free open house from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday. The theme will be Color Me Blue featuring blue glassware.

Upton House is in downtown Warren and is operated by the Harriet Taylor Upton Association at 380 Mahoning Ave. NW.
