Foundation will host 5K race

Siembida & Boggs Philanthropic Foundation will host a Homecoming 5K race at 8 a.m. Sept. 6 at the Vision for Veterans course in Firestone Park.

Runners can place as individuals or as a member of a team.

Teams will be scored cross-country style.

Cash prizes will be awarded to overall winners.

A smart phone application that tracks the runners in live time using GPS will be free to both participants and spectators, or a monitor at the finish line will be available to track the progress of the runners.
