SENIOR CITIZENS

Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet for their annual picnic at noon Friday at Giannos Catering Hall. A picnic lunch will be provided by Phyllis Nolfi. For reservations call Janet Davanzo at 330-793-3176. New members are always welcome. You do not have to be a Lowellville resident to join. For illness or death notify Mary Mascarella, sunshine chairwoman, at 330-536-8748. The next meeting will be at noon Sept. 5 at Lowellville City Hall, and it will be “Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.”

Sunshine Seniors will meet Tuesday at The Elmton, 584 Fifth St., Struthers. Doors open at 11 a.m. For reservations or cancellations call Betty Jean Fehrenbaugh at 330-549-9904. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, there will be a 50-50 raffle, and bingo will be played. New members are welcome.
