A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people Thursday. Those indicted will be arraigned before Judge John Durkin of common pleas court early next month. The charges against them are:

Justen M. Warner, 30, East Oregon Avenue, Sebring, superseding indictment, illegal manufacture of drugs and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

Rosalind Hornbuckle, 36, East Ravenwood Avenue, eight counts of telecommunications fraud and grand theft.

Charles N. Ramsey, 39, Sigle Lane, Poland, possession of drugs.

Jeffrey Anglin, 29, Sandy Court, New Middletown, grand theft.

John Cutlip, 27, Maplewood Avenue, Liberty, superseding indictment, pandering obscenity, criminal mischief and intimidation of a victim.

Craig Bruner Jr., 31, Kendis Circle, burglary.

Kevin Luzar, 26, West Chalmers Avenue, burglary, theft and aggravated robbery.

Joseph Shurtleff Jr., 23, Glamorgan Street, Alliance, theft and identity theft.

Jennifer L. Black, 40, East Main Street, Alliance, theft and identity fraud.

Jovelyn D. Hamilton, 44, Donald Avenue, theft.

Wesley P. Smidt, 24, Hunting Valley Drive, Boardman, possession of drugs.

Randy R. Bandy, 27, Alliance Sebring Road, Alliance, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and carrying concealed weapons.

John Zelinka, 77, Center Road, Lowellville, theft.

Michael D. Hawkins III, 18, Creed Street, Struthers, three counts of robbery.

Justin Rosser, 21, Ohio Avenue, three counts of robbery.

Donald Wells II, 23, Jacobs Road, three counts of robbery.

Darlene Williams, 47, West Indianola Avenue, felonious assault.

Andrew Priestly, 40, Norwood Avenue, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Rudean Stuart, 22, Catalina Avenue, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.
