LISBON

Members of the 4-H Royal Court are selected through an application process. Once they are selected they go through an interview process for the selection of King and Queen.

The members of the court will be recognized at the opening ceremonies of the Columbiana County Fair on Monday.

The court members will speak with fairgoers throughout the fair about 4-H and the fair. The court members and king and queen also will spend the next year promoting 4-H at various events.

Royal Court bios follow:

MALES

Albert Ayers, 17, of Leetonia, Salem Township, of Buckeye School for Success, grade 11. Parents are Wayne Ayers Jr. and Brenda Nelder. 4-H club is A Little Bit Country, in 4-H for seven years.

James Kataro II, 19, of Salem, Perry Township, of United High School, 2014 graduate. Parents are Jim and Amy Kataro. 4-H club is Circle 62, in 4-H for nine years.

Vincent Zehentbauer, 17, of Hanoverton, Hanover Township, 12th grader at United. Parents are Richard and Jennifer Zehentbauer. 4-H club is Kids N Kritters, in 4-H for nine years.

FEMALES

Holly Baer, 17, of Columbiana in Fairfield Township, grade 12 at Crestview High School. Parents are Ken and Pam Baer. 4-H club is Farmer’s Pride, in 4-H for 13 years.

Hannah Foster, 17, East Rochester, West Township, 12th grader at Minerva High School. Parents are Robert and Kellie Foster. 4-H club is Rambunctious Rabbit Raisers, in 4-H for nine years.

Courtney Hephner, 17, of Leetonia, Fairfield Township, grade 12 at Crestview High School. Parents are Tim and Debbie Hephner. 4-H club is Country Hands, in 4-H for nine years.

Hannah Jarvis, 17, of Homeworth, Knox Township. West Branch High School, grade 12. Parents are Doug and Patti Jarvis. 4-H club is Lone Rangers, in 4-H for nine years.

Betty Richey, 18, of East Palestine, Unity Township, a 12th-grader at Beaver High School. Parents are Tom and Cindy Richey. 4-H club is Saddle-Lites, in 4-H for 13 years.

Elena Zehentbauer, 18, of Hanoverton, Hanover Township, 2014 graduate of United. Parents are Richard and Jennifer Zehentbauer. 4-H club is Kids N Kritters, in 4-H for 10 years.
