Country Club will have white party

The Columbus Coralinas, a synchronized swim team from Columbus, will be the entertainment at Tippecanoe Country Club’s White Party Saturday at the Clubhouse on Tippecanoe Road.

Cocktails will be at 6 p.m. and dinner will be at 6:45.

The Coralinas were founded in 1953. The club has built a reputation of developing strong synchronized swimmers.

The White Party, designed to emulate the gatherings made famous in the Hamptons, will offer dinner and dancing under the stars to the music of The Sensations. The event is for club members only.

In case of inclement weather the event will move to Aug. 22.
