Rotary installs officers

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR On July 2, Rotary Club of Youngstown installed officers, who immediately assumed their duties. They are Paul Garchar, left, president; Becky Keck, president-elect; and Bill Lawson, secretary. Also installed were Bob Calvert as treasurer and David Turner as vice president. Board members are Elayne Bozick, Deborah Esbenshade, John Fahnert, Don Foley Jr., Richard Hahn, Elsa Higby, Frank Kishel, Monsignor Robert Siffrin and John Slanina. Esbenshade, former Rotary District 6650 Governor and Youngstown Rotarian, installed the officers.
