Garden district will host crawl and party

Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership (TNP), in conjunction with The Garden District, will host the Garden District Crawl and Party at the Porch on Friday.

There will be two guided tours of the Garden District at 3 and 3:15 p.m. Tours will leave from the Mocha House, 467 High St., where parking is available. Maps are available for self-tours at the information porch, 195 Belmont. Ave. Those who visit all locations will be entered into raffle drawings at the Party at the Porch.

The last stop will be at the Peace of Hope Garden and outdoor art gallery at 682 Mercer. A ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:15 will open the newest garden .

Party at the Porch will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and will include a block-party-style picnic with free food and refreshments. Drawings will be every 10 minutes.
