Campbell police probe burglary

CAMPBELL — City police are investigating a report of a burglary at a residence in the 100 block of Madison Street that occurred sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.

The 19-year-old homeowner told police she found that her back door had been kicked in and that several items were missing when she returned home about noon Sunday; she had left the home at 5 p.m.

Saturday. Among those missing items are two TVs, a lawn mower, a DVD player, a computer, a printer, a box of blank checks, earrings and an unknown amount of change.

The investigation is ongoing.
