Commercial Intertech Retirees will meet at noon Tuesday at St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall on Logan Way. Lou Pizzuto will preside. Reports will be given by Gloria Wielbruda and Roberta Shick. Liberty 55-Plus Club will meet at 12:30 p.m. Thursday for its annual catered picnic luncheon at First Christian Assembly Church, Cardinal Drive in Liberty. Dinner will be served at 1. Kay Herberger will preside. Hostesses are Roseann Beil, Dorothy Filaccio and Antoinette Stumpo. Cards will be played and July birthdays will be acknowledged.

Packard Electric and Delphi Packard Local 717 Retirees will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the union hall in Warren Commerce Park, 2950 Sferra Ave. Members are asked to take a covered dish and table service. The speaker will be a representative of TLC Insurance, who will discuss Senior health-care supplements.

Public Employee Retirees, Inc., Mahoning County 18, will meet for its annual picnic at noon Aug. 5 at the Georgetown, 5945 South Ave. in Boardman. The guest speaker will be State Senator Joe Schiavoni. The buffet comprises chicken with barbecue sauce on the side, burger sliders, hot dogs, condiments, baked beans, potato salad, watermelon slices, white cake and coffee or tea. There will be a money raffle. The cost is $12 for members, associate members and guests, payable at the door.
