Shrine Club plans prime rib roast dinner

The Youngstown Shrine Club will have its annual Prime Rib Roast Dinner on July 26 at the club’s outdoor pavilion at 1735 W. South Range Road (state Route 165). This social event starts at 4 p.m. with snacks and refreshments, and dinner will be served at 6.
