OSHP steps up drug arrests in first half of 2014
COLUMBUS – In the first six months of 2014, the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a wide range of felony offenses and increased total drug arrests from the year before.
From January through June, troopers made 5,652 drug arrests, representing a 19 percent increase compared to 2013 and a 44 percent increase compared to the previous 3-year average, the patrol reports.
