Oakhill prosecutors ordered to correct indictment


CLEVELAND

The judge in the Oakhill corruption case has ordered the prosecution to fix grammatical, spelling and typographical errors in the indictment against Youngstown Mayor John McNally, Mahoning County Auditor Michael Sciortino and Atty. Martin Yavorcik, a one-time candidate from Mahoning County prosecutor.

The prosecutors in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court case have until July 25 to make the corrections.
