Tribe's T.J. House to make start with Scrappers

NILES — Cleveland Indians left-hander T.J. House is scheduled to start a game for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers on Wednesday night at Eastwood Field.

House (1-2, 4.40 ERA) was optioned to the minor leagues over the weekend to get some work during the All-Star break.

The Scrappers play the Connecticut Tigers on Wednesday in the first game of a six-game homestand. Gates open at 6 p.m. with the first pitch set for 7:05 p.m.
