PORTLAND, ORE.

Elizabeth C. Dugger and Brian J. Conti, both of Portland, Ore., were united in marriage during a May 17 ceremony at the Ecotrust Building in Portland. Garrett Weider performed the ceremony, and a reception took place in Portland.

She is the daughter of Kandi Dugger of Portland and the late Bruce Dugger. He is the son of William and Carole Conti of Boardman.

The couple visited Ambergris Cay, Belize, for their honeymoon, and continue to reside in Portland.

The bride, a graduate of the University of Idaho, earned a bachelor’s degree in business-accounting. She is employed as assistant finance administrator for Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.

The groom, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, earned a bachelor’s degree in digital design. He is UX design lead, Nike.com for Nike in Portland.

The bride wore a fitted strapless white lace gown with a sweep train and sweetheart neckline.

Attendants, wearing fuchsia gowns, follow: honor attendants were Crystal Logan and Julia Yeager; and bridesmaids were Jamie Dugger, sister-in-law of the bride; and Lauren Speakman.

Best man for the groom was Craig Profusek, and groomsmen were Brad Beck, Andy Rekito and Eric Dugger, brother of the bride.
