City school board gives Hathorn a 'satisfactory' rating

YOUNGSTOWN — The school board evaluated Superintendent Connie Hathorn’s performance at a 3 out of a possible 5.

That gave Hathorn an overall rating of "satisfactory."

Last year, on a different, 9-point scale, the board also gave Hathorn a rating of "satisfactory."
