SENIOR CITIZENS

1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Nicholas Church, Fifth Street, Struthers, in the great hall. John Texter will preside. Local 1199 Retirees will meet at 10 a.m. Monday at 310 Church Hill-Hubbard Road for an annual outing. Members and nonmembers are invited to attend. Park in the back.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Seniors will meet Wednesday after the noon Mass. John Mascardine will preside, and reports will be given by Clara Pascale and Ann Leone. Lunch will be served, and birthdays and anniversaries will be observed. There will be a 50-50 drawing, and cards and bingo will be played. Guests are welcome. Police and Fire Retirees of Ohio, District 2, Chapter 10, will meet for its annual picnic at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Elton Beard Cabin in Boardman Park. Take table service and a casserole or dessert. The meat dish and beverages will be provided.

S.O.A.R. 27-2 and 27-6 Steelworkers Retirees, Local Union 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Niles-Canfield Road. Refreshments will be served. New members are welcome.

Saxon Retirees will meet at noon July 13 at the home of Lucy Secka, 101 N. Turner Road, Austintown, for a chicken picnic. The cost is $10. Reservations and cancellations are due this evening; call Ro or Jim Dundon at 330-726-6851.

St. Anthony Senior Club will have its annual picnic Tuesday at Tod Park in Girard. Coffee and doughnuts will be available at 10 a.m., and food will be served at noon. Expenses for the food will be collected from members at the picnic.

St. Joseph Goldenagers of Austintown will not meet this month. Details for the August meeting will be announced.
