Golf outing to benefit shelter

A golf outing to benefit Betty’s Angels, a private children’s shelter, will take place July 12.

Check-in will be 8 a.m., and shotgun start for 18 holes will be at 9.

The fee is $75 to golf and will feature teams of four.

The fee includes a golf cart, 18 holes, three meals and prizes.

Spectators can attend and dine for $15 with a cash bar.
