CLEVELAND
Two men are recovering from gunshot wounds after shooting each other during an argument in Cleveland early Tuesday.
Police say a 23-year-old man is hospitalized with two gunshot wounds to the chest. He has not been charged.
A 20-year-old man was shot in the foot. He also has not been charged but is in police custody.
Cleveland police say officers received a report of a male shot just after midnight. They soon received a second call about another gunshot victim.
Officers interviewed both men at the hospital and learned they had engaged in a shootout prompted by an argument.
Police said in a news release that the men gave conflicting stories to officers about who pulled his gun first.
