New Castle Police ID homicide victim

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Police have identified a man found shot to death on Sciota Street at 2 a.m. today as 35-year-old Robert Quincy Brown of New Castle.

A news release from the department said it appeared Brown was shot in the head. He was found lying on the ground near a vehicle, the release said.
